Information

Product Description

Finally. Monk Fruit granulated sweetener combines Monk Fruit Extract Infusion, Erythritol and Natural Flavouring. It is a blend, not a single-ingredient monk fruit extract. If you are looking for monk fruit without erythritol, the granulated blend is not the option for you.

Whether you’re whisking up a sponge cake or sweetening your morning brew, choose granules for texture and volume or liquid drops for convenience.

Choose your variation

Granulated sugar alternative: 240g jar or 450g pouch

A 1:1 sugar replacement designed to look, feel and taste like sugar. Swap one teaspoon of sugar for one teaspoon of Finally.

  • Suitable for baking and everyday sweetening.

  • Ingredients: Bulking agent: Erythritol, Monk Fruit Extract Infusion, Natural Flavouring.

Infusion drops: 60ml

A liquid infusion, 15–20 times sweeter than sugar, for sweetening drinks or yoghurt a few drops at a time.

The ingredient list above describes the granulated blend. Check the drops’ packaging for their ingredient information before choosing your format.

Composition and digestibility FAQ

Is the granulated sweetener monk fruit only?

No. It contains Monk Fruit Extract Infusion, Erythritol and Natural Flavouring. Erythritol is the bulking agent. Allulose is not listed among the ingredients of the granulated blend.

Will it suit my digestion?

Individual tolerance varies, so we do not promise that this blend will suit everyone’s digestion. Check the ingredients and follow the guidance on the packaging. If you already know that erythritol does not agree with you, choose an alternative without it.

Do the granules and drops have the same ingredients?

Do not assume they do. The composition stated here is for the granulated sweetener; refer to the packaging for the ingredients and usage guidance for your chosen format.

Key Ingredients

Sugar Alternative: Bulking agent: Erythritol, Monk Fruit Extract Infusion, Natural Flavouring

Drops: 100% Monk Fruit Extract

A Quick Note on Drops Nutrition: Our liquid drops are extremely concentrated. While values per 100g reflect the natural plant extract concentration before dilution, a single serving of 2 to 3 drops delivers virtually zero calories, zero carbohydrates, and zero impact on blood sugar levels.

Usage, Formulation Tips and Storage

Dosage and Conversion:

  • Granulated Jar: Use as a direct 1:1 swap for regular sugar in baking, cooking, and hot drinks.
  • Liquid Drops: Highly concentrated for instant sweetening. Use 2 to 3 drops to replace 1 teaspoon of sugar in tea, coffee, or yoghurt. For recipes, 1/2 teaspoon of liquid equals 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of liquid equals 1/4 cup of sugar.

Understanding Formulations: The Granulated format uses Erythritol to match the volume, weight, and texture of standard sugar for baking, and contains polyols. The Liquid Drops format consists of pure sweetener in a purified water base, making it free from sugar alcohols and ideal for cold drinks and those sensitive to polyols.

Baking and Solubility: Granulated Monk Fruit holds up well to high oven heat and dissolves smoothly in warm liquids. Liquid drops dissolve instantly in both hot and cold liquids without any grainy residue or cooling effect.

Nutrition Note: While the bulk extract value on the drops label reflects concentration before dilution, a single serving of 2 to 3 drops delivers zero calories, zero carbohydrates, and zero impact on blood sugar levels.

Digestive Tolerance and Storage: The Granulated blend contains polyols from erythritol, which may produce a mild laxative effect if consumed in excess. Store both formats in a cool, dry place, and keep out of reach of domestic pets.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it pure monk fruit?

No. The granules are a blend of erythritol, monk fruit extract infusion and natural flavouring.

Can I swap it 1:1 for sugar?

Yes. The granules replace sugar spoon for spoon.

How sweet are the drops?

About 15 to 20 times sweeter than sugar, so use a few drops at a time.

Do the drops have the same ingredients?

Not necessarily. Check the drops' own label before choosing.
