Cancellation policy

When you purchase a subscription from Finally. (operated by nuwe solutions), you are entering into a recurring payment agreement. This policy outlines how your subscription works, how you are billed, and how you can manage, pause, or cancel your orders in compliance with UK consumer protection laws.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize nuwe solutions to charge your chosen payment method at the frequency selected (e.g., weekly, monthly) until you cancel your subscription or we stop offering the service.
1. HOW IT WORKS & AUTOMATIC BILLING
When you opt for a "Subscribe & Save" or recurring delivery option on our website:
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the specific interval you selected at checkout.
- For each recurring period, your card on file will be automatically charged the advertised price of the food products (including any relevant delivery charges) on the billing anniversary date.
- We will send you an email confirmation before each upcoming order is processed, giving you a chance to make changes.
2. MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You have full control over your food deliveries. By logging into your customer account on the Finally. website, or by clicking the secure "Manage Subscription" link found in your order emails, you can:
- Skip a Delivery: Skip an upcoming order if you have enough stock.
- Change Flavours/Products: Swap products within your subscription bundle.
- Update Details: Edit your delivery address, telephone number, or payment card details.
3. CANCELLATION & CUT-OFF TIMES
You can cancel your subscription at any time, completely free of charge.
Important Food Production Cut-Off: Because our food products are prepared and dispatched fresh, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing/dispatch date.
- If you cancel before this cut-off window, your subscription ends immediately and your card will not be charged again.
- If you cancel after the cut-off window, your next scheduled order has already entered our food manufacturing or packing line. That final order will be processed, charged, and dispatched to you, and your cancellation will take effect immediately afterward.
4. PERISHABLE GOODS & RETURNS
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, consumers usually have a 14-day right to change their mind and return online purchases. However, perishable food products or items with a limited shelf-life are legally exempt from this right.
Therefore, once a subscription order has passed the 48-hour production cut-off and been dispatched, it cannot be returned or refunded simply because you changed your mind or forgot to cancel on time. If your food arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, your statutory rights are completely unaffected (please refer to our Refund Policy).
5. CHANGES TO PRICE OR PRODUCTS
From time to time, the cost of ingredients or shipping may change. If we need to adjust the price of your recurring subscription, we will notify you via email at least 14 days before the price change takes effect.
If you do not wish to accept the new price, you have the right to cancel your subscription without any penalty before the next billing cycle. If you do not cancel after receiving notice, your next order will be billed at the updated price.
6. FAILED PAYMENTS
If your payment method fails on your renewal date (e.g., due to an expired card or insufficient funds), our system will automatically attempt to retry the charge over the following days. We will also email you to let you know. If the payment cannot be settled after multiple attempts, your subscription will be automatically paused, and no food will be dispatched until your payment details are updated.
