Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping & Delivery: We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £20.
  • Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays. During peak periods, slight delays may occur.
  • Perishable Goods: To maintain product integrity, keto bakery items are dispatched Monday–Wednesday only. This prevents food from sitting in transit hubs over the weekend. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive these items on the first delivery attempt.
  • Damages & Loss: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are responsible for your goods until they are delivered to you. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@finallyketo.com immediately. Please retain all packaging and provide photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue and handle the claim with the carrier.
  • Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.

 

Returns & Refund Policy

  • Perishable Goods: Due to health and hygiene regulations (and the short shelf-life of fresh keto bakes), we cannot accept returns on perishable food items once dispatched.
  • Non-Perishable Items: You have a statutory right to cancel and return non-perishable items (e.g., sealed supplements) within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs for "change of mind" returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Defective or Wrong Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
