Information

Product Description

Finally. Stevia is a naturally derived, zero-calorie sweetener that makes a perfect alternative to sugar, ideal for those following vegan, keto, or paleo lifestyles, or anyone simply looking to enjoy sweetness without compromise.

Made from the leaves of the Stevia rebaudiana plant, a natural source of sweetness that’s been enjoyed for generations, our Stevia blend delivers a pure, clean taste that feels as good as it tastes. We use only the highest grade Rebaudioside A, the finest and least bitter extract from the Stevia leaf, to create a beautifully balanced sweetness with no aftertaste.

Because stevia is many times sweeter than sugar, we carefully blend it with plant-based erythritol, which acts as a natural bulking agent, and natural flavourings to create a taste and texture that’s refreshingly close to sugar. The result is a deliciously light, crunchy sweetener that dissolves easily in hot drinks and works perfectly for baking, cooking, or simply sprinkling over your favourite foods.

Our Stevia blend offers sweetness you can feel good about with no artificial colours or flavours, and a formulation that’s gluten-free, vegan, keto-friendly, and even tooth-friendly.

Why you’ll love it:

  • Naturally derived from the Stevia plant
  • Made with the highest grade Rebaudioside A for a clean, non-bitter taste
  • Sugar-like crunchy texture
  • No artificial colours or flavours
  • Gluten-free & vegan-friendly
  • Tooth-friendly & keto-friendly
  • Great taste — naturally!

Ingredients: Erythritol bulking agent, Steviol glycosides (0.8%)

Replacing sugar with erythritol and steviol glycosides in foods and drinks helps support the maintenance of tooth mineralisation, so you can enjoy sweetness that’s better for you and your smile.

Sustainability at heart: All our packaging is 100% recyclable.

Key Ingredients

Bulking agent: Erythritol, Steviol glycosides (0.8%)

Serving and how to use

Finally. Stevia is twice as sweet as sugar, so use half the amount of sugar your recipe asks for. That means a jar goes twice as far.

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar = ½ teaspoon of Finally. Stevia
  • 100g of sugar = 50g of Finally. Stevia

It dissolves easily in hot drinks and works in baking, cooking and sprinkled over berries or yoghurt.

Usage, Baking Tips and Storage

Conversion and Flavour: Finally. Stevia is calibrated as a direct 1:1 replacement for regular sugar. It combines the intense sweetness of steviol glycosides with a neutral plant-based base to deliver a clean taste without the harsh herbal aftertaste often associated with pure stevia extracts.

Baking Performance: Ideal for sweetening hot drinks, dressings, yoghurts, and light bakes. While it mimics the sweetness and bulk of sugar, it does not caramelise or turn golden under oven heat, so rely on recommended cooking times rather than visual browning.

Dissolving: Dissolves effortlessly in both hot and cold liquids, making it a versatile choice for everyday drinks, iced teas, and smoothies without leaving a grainy residue.

Digestive Tolerance and Storage: Contains polyols. While easy on digestion for most people, excessive consumption may cause a mild laxative effect in sensitive individuals. Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container to prevent clumping, and keep out of reach of domestic pets.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I swap Finally. Stevia for regular sugar in everyday recipes?

You can swap Finally. Stevia as a direct 1:1 replacement for white sugar. There is no need to adjust measurements or do complex math. If a recipe calls for 1 teaspoon of sugar, simply use 1 teaspoon of Finally. Stevia.

How does Finally. Stevia manage the bitter aftertaste often associated with stevia?

Pure stevia extract is notorious for a bitter or licorice-like aftertaste. By blending high-purity steviol glycosides with an erythritol base, Finally. Stevia rounds out the flavour profile to significantly reduce that liquorice bite while maintaining a 1:1 sugar-like volume for cooking and hot drinks.

Is Finally. Stevia safe for diabetics and low-carb keto diets?

Yes. Finally. Stevia has a 0 Glycaemic Index and contains zero sugar and zero net calories. It passes through the body without triggering blood sugar spikes or insulin responses, making it completely suitable for diabetics, keto lifestyles, and low-carb diets.
