Information

Product Description

Our 100% pure freeze dried blueberry powder is made from British blueberries grown and dried in Norfolk.

All the colour and flavour of real Norfolk blueberries, ground into a fine, vibrant powder. We freeze dry whole blueberries at their peak to lock in their natural taste and deep purple colour, then mill them into a powder that blends straight into your favourite low-carb recipes.

A little goes a long way. A teaspoon is enough to turn a smoothie, a bowl of Greek yoghurt or a keto chia pudding a beautiful shade of purple, with a fresh, fruity flavour and no artificial colours or flavourings.

How to use it:

  • Stir into Greek yoghurt, overnight oats alternatives or chia pudding
  • Blend into protein shakes and smoothies
  • Whisk into keto frostings, cheesecakes and fat bombs for natural colour
  • Fold into low-carb pancake, muffin or mug cake batters
  • Dust over desserts as a finishing touch

Ingredients: Whole blueberries (100%).

Dietary Specs: Gluten-free, Vegan, No added sugar. Use in small amounts as part of a keto or low-carb diet.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal well after opening.

Size: 45g

Why You’ll Love It

  • Pure & Simple: One ingredient and nothing else. No added sugar, preservatives, colours or flavourings, just whole blueberries.
  • Natural Colour, Real Flavour: A clean way to colour frostings, cheesecakes and smoothies without artificial dyes, with a bright blueberry taste to match.
  • The Freeze-Dried Difference: Freeze drying removes the water while keeping the flavour and colour, so the powder is light, fine and easy to mix.
  • Grown Locally: Grown and dried right here in Norfolk.

Key Ingredients

Blueberries (100%)

Usage, Baking Tips and Storage

  • Mix It In: Stir into yoghurt, chia pudding or porridge alternatives, blend into protein shakes, or whisk into frostings, fat bombs and mousses.
  • Portion Control: Blueberries are naturally high in carbs, so if you’re following keto, keep to 1 to 2 teaspoons (around 3g to 6g) per serving. A teaspoon has around 2g of carbs.
  • Baking: Fold into low-carb pancake, muffin or mug cake batters for colour and flavour. Add a teaspoon of water per tablespoon of powder if you want a quick purée or drizzle.
  • Moisture Sensitivity and Storage: The powder draws in moisture from the air and can clump once opened. Reseal tightly straight after use or decant into an airtight jar, and keep a dry spoon for scooping. Keep out of reach of pets.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between the powder and your freeze dried blueberries?

They’re made from exactly the same Norfolk blueberries. The whole berries are a crunchy snack and topping, while the powder is milled fine so it dissolves into drinks, batters and frostings for colour and flavour all the way through.

Is it suitable for keto?

In small amounts, yes. Blueberries are naturally high in carbohydrate, but because the powder is so concentrated, a teaspoon is usually all you need, which keeps each serving to around 2g of carbs.

Why has my powder gone clumpy?

Freeze dried powder soaks up moisture from the air. It’s still fine to use, just break up the clumps or give it a quick blitz. To prevent it, reseal straight after opening and always use a dry spoon.
