Information

Product Description

Finally. Inulin is a natural plant fibre made from 100% chicory root. With 88g of fibre per 100g, this fine white powder is a simple way to add more fibre to your day while keeping your carb count low.

Inulin has a light, naturally sweet taste and a smooth, creamy feel, which makes it far more versatile than you might expect from a fibre. Stir it into coffee, tea, smoothies and yoghurt, or use it in your low-carb baking to add body, softness and a subtle sweetness to cakes, muffins and cookies.

For anyone following a keto or low-carb lifestyle, getting enough fibre can be a real challenge. Finally. Inulin is an easy, everyday ingredient that helps you close that gap, without reaching for high-carb grains and cereals.

Why Choose Finally. Inulin?

  • High fibre: 88g of fibre per 100g
  • Low carb and suitable for keto and low-carb diets
  • 100% vegan and plant-based, from chicory root
  • Light, natural sweetness with a smooth, creamy texture
  • Works in drinks, yoghurts and low-carb baking

Finally. Inulin brings a little everyday goodness to your pantry, in a form that’s easy to use and kind to your carb count.

Sustainability at heart: All our packaging is 100% recyclable.

Key Ingredients

Chicory root fibre (inulin) (100%)

Usage, Baking Tips and Storage

How to Use: Start with 1 teaspoon (around 3 to 5g) a day stirred into drinks, yoghurt or smoothies, and gradually build up to 1 to 2 tablespoons over a couple of weeks.

Sweetness: Inulin is lightly sweet, around 10% as sweet as sugar. Pair it with Finally. Erythritol, Stevia or Monk Fruit when you need full sweetness.

In Baking: Replace a small portion of your sweetener or flour with inulin to add moisture, softness and body to cakes and muffins. Bakes may brown a little faster, so keep an eye on them towards the end.

Digestive Tolerance: Introduce inulin slowly. Too much too soon can cause bloating or wind in sensitive individuals. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal after opening. Inulin naturally absorbs moisture, so keep the pouch tightly closed to avoid clumping.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Finally. Inulin keto friendly?

Yes. Inulin is a fibre, so most of it isn’t counted as net carbs. A typical 5g serving contains just 0.4g of carbohydrates, making it easy to fit into a keto or low-carb diet.

What is the difference between Inulin and Finally. FOS Prebiotic Fibre?

Both are plant fibres from the same family. FOS is made of shorter chains and tastes sweeter, so it works well as a sweetener. Inulin has longer chains, a milder sweetness and a creamier texture, which makes it great for adding body to drinks and bakes.

How much inulin should I take?

Start small, around 1 teaspoon a day, and increase gradually as your body gets used to it. Most people find 5 to 10g a day comfortable.
